Join us for an informative presentation with Kelly Kopcial, American Citizens Services Chief U.S. Consulate General Rio de Janeiro. Kelly will provide an overview of the work of the American Citizen Services unit, discuss the services and support available to U.S. citizens living in Rio, and share updates on current consular procedures, resources, and recent outreach initiatives. She will also offer helpful reminders about passport expiration dates, travel advice, and ways to stay informed through the U.S. Consulate.
